The version numbers v4.6.33 and v5.0.11 must be reviewed when merging: by then those versions may already have been released without the change, and must be replaced by the first versions that include ibexa/core#699 and ibexa/cloud#13.

As of ibexa/core#699 (4.6) and ibexa/cloud#13 (5.0 and later), Ibexa DXP itself trusts the proxy headers in requests that come from Fastly on Ibexa Cloud. The tip on using Fastly on Ibexa Cloud now says so.

Setting trusted_proxies according to the IP ranges used by Fastly is still correct when using Fastly with an on-premise setup.
