1. Fixed the syntax for the YAML sample. It started failing after the latest Symfony release:

• PR: [Yaml] Fix several parsing edge cases symfony/symfony#66342
• Commit: symfony/yaml@d191b39
• Release: https://github.com/symfony/symfony/releases/tag/v7.4.20

which changed the error message

2. Switched to the internal composer install action to ignore the issue occuring in https://github.com/ibexa/documentation-developer/actions/runs/36854846863/job/110344780161?pr=3432
