Rework match card layout and team badges

What

Match card

• Meta row split into three slots: date+time (left) / stage (centre) / status (right).
• Team badges enlarged (36px) with rectangular corners.
• Large score block laid out as 1fr auto 1fr so the colon stays dead-centre even with two-digit scores; 16px gap each side of the separator.
• Probability hint tooltip scoped to its text; "Show all tips" only shown when tips actually exist.

Team badges

• Resolution order is now bundled Twemoji flag → data provider logo → initials, for consistent flags across browsers.
• URL-sourced logo images keep their own aspect ratio and get a hairline frame drawn on the image, separating white-edged flags from the card background.

• Each player's profile picture is shown, matching the leaderboard and Top 10.
