Regenerates Inference Providers docs to update the example providersMapping model IDs across multiple providers and task pages (notably switching the default examples for text-to-video, chat completion LLM/VLM, and zero-shot classification).

This also simplifies the SambaNova provider page by removing the separate VLM example section and updating its LLM example model.
