Thanks for this document! I'm just now starting to refactor the TM documentation, so will review this and get it added. Sorry this took so long, I was on another project, plus we changed the support team for TM.

@jonnymccullagh indeed nobody picked this up at the time. @robsavoye thanks, let me know if you can review and merge this week? or if you need another pair of eyes I can take a quick look so we get this merged and not hold any longer.

I have to wait a few days till the PRs I filed on infrastructure changes to how docs works for TM get approved. Once those changes are merged, I can start updating the docs. I moved images around, renamed a few things so it'll in good shape to focus on the docs themselves.
