This tutorial walks through setting up FOSSBilling on Debian 13 with Nginx and PHP-FPM,
covering the LEMP stack, a hardened Nginx configuration matching FOSSBilling's current
security recommendations (a restrictive PHP entry-point allow-list rather than blocking
individual files), and the required cron job for renewals and notifications. No existing
tutorial covers FOSSBilling.
