Sometimes it's useful to see what is going on in the backend (for debugging purposes or to allow app developers to log extra info and read it).
When a deno app logs something (error or standard output) write this to a file in the app's storage directory. Then in AppStatusPage if we have the edit key we should be able to click a button (in the manage backend modal) to fetch logs
