Adds files built using the mechanism described in apache/parquet-testing#70 (the apache/arrow@main...paleolimbot:arrow:parquet-geo-write-files-from-geoarrow branch of the PR adding support for the built-in GEOMETRY type in Arrow C++). The example file PR includes a subset of these files...this PR just writes all the files regardless of size since we have a way to distribute large files.
