Netcore DHCP instances can only be configured to listen on a single network interface in the current design. It seems like a single instance should be able to listen on multiple network interfaces, possibly listening on distinct subnets.
The current instance configuration schema doesn't take this possibility into account, so a schema change is probably needed to enable this feature.
