Support multiple locs.fpp paths in .fpp-lsp file

If multiple build caches are in use, currently the recommended solution is to manually comment in/comment out different build paths in the .fpp-lsp file manually. But this is not necessarily intuitive for new developers.

It would be great to have a way to switch between build caches more easily. Even better if a hint pops up when the current FPP file isn't used in the current selected build cache.

I like the hint idea, we can look into it.

There is a way to swap between build caches in the UI but it overwrites the .fpp-lsp file. Does this meet your use case

With multiple build caches you might also want to use the full workspace scan where locs is ignored and the LSP just does a deep search of .fpp files and adds them to the analyzer.
