The Add License form was not working — it was not sending any data
when you clicked submit.
I fixed it so the form now properly sends the license details to
the backend. It also shows a loading spinner while submitting and
displays a success or error message after.
I will greatful if i get feedback @Kaushl2208 and @deo002
