…e rebuilt nightly The MangoIV nightly binary (2026-01-22) embeds Cabal 3.10, which rejects plan elaboration for any dependency declaring default-language: GHC2024 (velveteer/arbiter via cabal.project). haskell-security-action v1.1.0 parameterizes the binary URL; binary_url points at a freshly built glibc-dynamic cabal-audit (GHC 9.10.3) until MangoIV/cabal-audit#82 merges and republishes the upstream nightly.
flora.cabal declares pkgconfig-depends: libtcmalloc, which cabal-audit's plan elaboration needs present on the runner.
