Support ToolAnnotations

Love using mcp-lite, but can't quite figure out how to provide Tool Annotations as described here:
https://modelcontextprotocol.io/specification/2025-06-18/schema#toolannotations

Is it not part of the schema as exposed my mcp-lite?
