Final QA + operational polish

This batch implements the latest screenshot QA findings plus the requested workflow updates.

Visual QA

• make desktop collapsed sidebar width deterministic from React state (64/72px rail behavior no longer depends on compiled data variants)
• remove residual native browser chrome from ghost/link buttons
• normalize editable Input, InputGroup, Select, and Textarea surfaces as flat white controls
• strengthen Settings active section with a subtle accent background
• keep low-value cashflow events visible on Dashboard and Reports
• compact Public Display finance totals at billion/million scale so they no longer clip

Friday officers

• add an explicit "Imam juga menjadi Khatib" control
• when enabled, Khatib follows Imam live and the duplicate Khatib field becomes disabled
• existing rows where Imam and Khatib are already identical initialize in the same state

Transaction summary

• top summary becomes:
  1. Saldo awal
  2. Masuk
  3. Keluar
  4. Sisa saldo

Transaction categories

• explicit Activate / Deactivate buttons in Settings
• category list shows historical transaction usage count
• inactive categories stay hidden from new transaction forms
• existing transactions keep category ID + name snapshot and remain visible/auditable
• editing an existing transaction may preserve its already-inactive category, but cannot switch another transaction to an inactive category
• activation changes now write before/after audit details

Regression

• update sidebar regression from CSS data variant to deterministic state width
• lock ghost/link transparency and flat form controls
• lock requested transaction summary labels
• lock Imam/Khatib sync behavior
• lock inactive category audit semantics
• lock compact Public Display finance totals
