Phase 5 — Login + Cleanup + Final Regression

Login

• rebuild auth/setup screen with the same shadcn/Tailwind system as the dashboard
• Tabler icons, Card/Field/InputGroup/Alert/Spinner primitives
• responsive desktop split layout and compact mobile composition
• direct Public Display access remains available without authentication
• secure-session copy retained

Cleanup

• move UI design tokens to :root so semantic utilities work outside the authenticated shell
• reduce base.css to global reset-only responsibilities
• remove legacy operations.css, auth-admin.css, and responsive.css
• remove obsolete TransactionRow.jsx
• preserve Public Display visual CSS and its separate source files

Regression

• add Phase 5 source gates for login composition
• assert legacy stylesheet imports/files remain removed
• assert dashboard pages no longer depend on legacy page primitives
• keep existing Public Display and application regression suites intact

Phase 5 does not redesign Public Display.
