Allow emitting full .s files for hasm segments

I would like to do some clean up of my hasm objects using pseudo-instructions etc. And it'd be nice to be able to easily look at the objdiff output while doing this.

So this PR adds an option make_full_disasm_for_hasm that splits out hasm segments as full .s files like make_full_disasm_for_code does for c segments.
