Completely untested and I wouldn't be surprised if it completely fails to work, but this should be enough to get us a CI-built image for testing. New functionality needs the `cluster_read_replica` feature flag enabled, otherwise it will behave as normal.

Workflow steps:
New functionality needs the
cluster_read_replicafeature flag enabled, otherwise it will behave as normal. With that flag set, it might work against a read replica in an Aurora MySQL cluster if we're lucky?
