This PR fixes the
cl-caseusage error wheninit-loader-show-log-after-initis handled ininit-loader-load.Without the quote,
tas the last case incl-caseacts as the fallback when none of earlier cases matches. This bug preventednilforinit-loader-show-log-after-initto behave similarly to when it is set tot, which is unintended. Basically, we were never able to suppressinit-loader-show-logproperly.Please see the unit tests for the demonstration of correct behaviors.
