Implement test discovery - convention over configuration.

This is just an idea at this point that will develop into something with flesh and bones.
My initial thought is naming, targeting binaries with test in the name and functions that end with Test within those binaries.
I'm not sure I want to take the preprocessor-based macro route of GoogleTest; that feels... not in line with the goals of this project.
