Adds a new New & Noteworthy entry to the Eclipse 4.41 Platform notes describing a new option in the Launch Configurations dialog to sort configurations by most recent launch, complementing existing launch-history improvements in the same section.
Changes:
- Document new toolbar toggle for sorting launch configurations by recency vs alphabetical order.
- Add supporting screenshots/animations and note the controlling preference.

Preference.pngis very generic and uses mixed case. The authoring instructions recommend specific, all-lowercase, hyphen-separated image names (e.g.,recent-launch-list-size.png) to avoid collisions and reduce link errors. Consider renaming the image and updating this link.

Preferenceis not very descriptive. The authoring instructions recommend a label that conveys information useful when images aren’t visible (accessibility/screen readers). Consider using a more specific label describing what preference is shown.
