docs(tour): add live-file step and renumber tour - #78

Add a guided-tour step for the live file (a YAML file kept in sync with the editor for external, schema-aware editing). Place it as step 5, after the Library/Views group, pushing Drop files to 6 and Log to 7. Also renumber the folder-filter and sidecar-suffix steps to 2.1 and 2.2. Regenerate all tour screenshots and tour.gif, and update usage.md figure references and the live-file prose section to match the new order. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
