Trick-or-Treat! is a CLI game based in Ruby/AR where the user trick-or-treats around a neighborhood to collect candy before curfew while avoiding a teenage bully who wants to steal the user’s spoils. The player can create a user account, login, or delete an account as well as play a new game or view the high scores that have been accumulated.
Clone the repository to a local directory. Go to the game's main directory and run 'bundle install' in your terminal. This will install all of the gems necessary to run the game. To play the game from the game's main directory type in your terminal 'ruby ./bin/run.rb' This will start a new game. The game is very easy to follow once it is running. Use the arrow keys to navigate options, and press 'return' when you want to make a selection.
