First release incl. Zenodo DOI

At the end of the Google Summer of Code 2025, this first development step should also result in an initial release. It would be best to associate this with a citable Zenodo DOI.

It will be done once the ojAlgo solver is correctly implemented and OptSolvX is ready for release. It should be ready within the next few weeks.

I have created a Zenodo account, but it cannot be activated for this repository, possibly because a release is missing.
The next step is to merge PR #9 (please review if possible). After that, a first release can be published, which will allow the Zenodo connection to be activated. Once a DOI exists, the remaining solver will follow.

Yes, it is. That’s why I want to push forward so OptSolvX can finally be released.
