Keep strict matches for configured node platforms when worker discovery adds overlapping capabilities. Otherwise, an earlier node can take builds explicitly assigned to a later node when any requested platform requires discovery. Signed-off-by: CrazyMax <1951866+crazy-max@users.noreply.github.com>

fixes #4132
When any requested platform requires worker discovery, Buildx re-resolves all requested platforms and can select an earlier node's detected platform over a later node's explicit configuration. This can send builds to the wrong node despite an explicit
--platformassignment.Preserve strict matches against configured platforms before considering detected capabilities. Exact detected matches still take precedence over merely compatible configured platforms.
