I'm not too sure how to translate this line. I think this is the most correct way as it's a between of the english line and what translating the russian version translates to

I'm not entirely sure with this translation as i've taken the line as "Do not update the timeline if there are new updates (tweets)" and translating the russian version gave me "Keep the feed position when new tweets appear" so i just went with adapting that to italian.
