this is the first issue im facing when i try to build docker with "docker

@NitishDragneel, I'm afraid I'm not a docker expert. Docker support was added by the community, so we'll have to appeal to the community for help. Please add information to this issue about your software environment and describe the steps you took prior to receiving this error message.

Hii, besides the doctor the cmake commands you mentioned in readme file working successfully... And it's still running... 2500+ generations
I actually thought after running this will become a single console program instead

I was having externally-managed-environment errors, and so I had to replace the following instruction

RUN pip install igraph

For this one:

RUN apt-get update && apt-get install -yqq python3-igraph

I've made a PR for the fix :)
