## TypeScript access to the shared engine

Release 0.5.0 is intended to add a typed TypeScript binding over the shared Rust
engine. The binding will reuse the same versioned engine contract rather than
own storage or durable protocol decisions. Runtime integration, packaging, and
the public TypeScript surface remain to be specified after 0.4.0; no TypeScript
implementation is part of the current release.

Any such change requires a separate specification and compatibility decision.

## 0.5.0 direction

Release 0.5.0 is intended to add a typed TypeScript binding over the shared
Rust engine. This records the release direction only; TypeScript implementation
is outside the 0.4.0 scope and contract.

The TypeScript binding MUST remain a veneer over the existing engine and MUST
NOT introduce independent storage or durable protocol decisions. Its runtime
integration, packaging, public surface, and conformance requirements require a
separate 0.5.0 specification and compatibility decision.
