Summary

Use GitHub Issues as the source of truth for ongoing AI/BI track activities (create, assign, label, close, review daily).

Acceptance criteria

• Track label track:ai-bi-migration applied to all track issues
• Status labels used: Backlog / New / In Progress / Completed / Rejected
• Open issues shared in Slack; updates posted after PR approvals
• New issues reviewed daily
