How about splitting the migration guide into multiple pages, one for each version? |

@chrisbreiding I think we have too many pages as it is in the resources and I expect the 4.0 migration page to go stale pretty quickly, so I like them together. |

Yah, I haven't seen this specific error before during the build in the docs, but the docs build fails pretty regularly because it's very long. |
