Intent

A search that matches nothing now shows "No results" in the middle of the dialog instead of an empty Results header. Builds on #6044, and is the top of the stack.

Approach

When every section is empty, CommandUniverseGridPage drops the empty section and renders NoResultsMessage over the page.

Decisions

  • The empty section is dropped, not just its header hidden. That way the header leaves with the rest of the rearrangement from [Command Universe Sort] Rearrange the grid on sort and search instead of crossfading #6044 instead of disappearing abruptly.
  • The filtered section list is memoized. The sections are the rearrangement's layout key, so a new empty array on every render would re-run the animation effect.
  • The message uses the search row's additive blend and accent colour, at half opacity, so it reads as part of the dialog's glass surface.

Notes and caveats

  • This only changes the mobile Command Universe grid. The Command Library table and the desktop palette are unchanged.

A search with no matches shows "No results" in the middle of the dialog
instead of an empty Results header. The empty section is dropped from
the grid, so its header leaves with the rest of the rearrangement.
