[Mobile] Caret is placed at the end of the Note when user pastes into the middle of the Note #3828

Step to reproduce

1. Create a thought with text: "Lorem Ipsum Dolor Sit Amet"
2. Add a note with text "Sed tortor nunc"
3. Copy the word "Ipsum" from the thought
4. Place the caret onto the note on between Sed - tortor
5. Tap the caret to trigger text editing tool
6. Tap Paste

Current behavior

Text is pasted with extra line break and caret is placed at the end of the Note on iOS but caret and keyboard are dismissed on Android

Expected behavior

The caret should be at the end of the pasted word/text, not the Note.
Caret should remain on all platform
