Upgrade zerovec to fix unsafe zero-copy validation allowing buffer size mismatches and zero-sized arrays to bypass checks, preventing memory safety violations.

✅ 1 CVE resolved by this upgrade

This PR will resolve the following CVEs:

Issue Severity           Description
AIKIDO-2026-676591
HIGH
[zerovec] A validation bypass in fixed-size array deserialization allows mismatched buffer lengths to pass safety checks, enabling unsafe memory access and potential arbitrary code execution through incorrect element count calculations.
