Adding 133 Backed Finance xStocks (503 chain entries total) to the CoW Swap token list.

All tokens are tokenised equities issued by Backed Finance — fully-backed, redeemable 1:1 against the underlying.

This batch updates the EVM deployments (Arbitrum, Ethereum, BSC, Mantle, HyperEVM, Ink) that map onto CoW Swap-supported chain ids.
