From 2026-10-06, quote rewards are paid from a weekly budget of 10% of protocol revenue (CIP-88) instead of a flat reward per quoted order. End the flat quote reward caps at 2026-10-06 and charge later trades their quote_budget_contribution_native from dune.cowprotocol.fct_rewards (added in cowprotocol/cow-dagster#1110).
