In order to create an organisation the user needs text, images etc. and maybe have multiple people work on it or approve it. Currently when you create a new organisation it is directly published online on the platform.
Describe the solution you'd like
- Allow creating an organisation as draft, similar to how projects can be created as draft.
- Show draft organisations with the 'draft' banner.
- Allow any organisation admin to edit a draft organisation.
- Allow any organisation admin to publish a draft organisation.
Additional context
As long as the organisation is a draft it can not be used elsewhere in the platform, so all the other features need to filter on non-draft organisations (similar to how we handle draft projects).
