…ct.toml Remove legacy src/logstory/requirements.txt and docs/requirements.txt to standardize exclusively on pyproject.toml and uv.lock: - Remove unused src/logstory/requirements.txt (left over from deprecated Cloud Functions setup, eliminating duplicate Dependabot alerts) - Remove redundant docs/requirements.txt and update .github/workflows/deploy-docs.yml to install .[docs] - Replace just deps-compile with just deps-sync (uv sync --all-extras) in Justfile and README-DEV.md - Update CHANGELOG.md

Completes the dependency management modernization to

Nothing in the package build, Cloud Run Dockerfiles, or CI workflows reads this file, and keeping it checked in generated duplicate Dependabot alerts alongsideuv.lock.docs/requirements.txt: Redundant with[project.optional-dependencies] docsinpyproject.toml.
