This change raises tests/go.mod to go 1.24.0, but the shared E2E setup still installs Go 1.23.8 (.github/actions/setup-e2e-sysgo/action.yml, lines 30-33) and the sysgo workflows execute tests from tests/ (.github/workflows/e2e-sysgo-tests.yml, lines 47-53). The version mismatch forces implicit toolchain downloads and will break runs in environments where auto-download is disabled or outbound access is restricted, causing jobs to fail before tests start; either bump the setup action to 1.24.x or keep this module on 1.23.x.
