Changed the decoding from 'unicodeescape' to 'utf-8' to fix this error

Sorry for the delay and thank you very much for the submission @emil01.
Have you been able to test this in python 2 and 3? I think the last time I tried a similar work around this area it only worked in one of the python versions.

@carlosperate on python 2.7 I am getting the following error
ImportError: No module named ardublockly
