Anode.GG proposes an open-source reference implementation for permissioned, typed Canton governance proposals. It provides a mandate registry, submission gate, and lifecycle/audit workflow so a proposal is attributable to valid, time-bound authority before it reaches existing governance channels—reducing manual overhead without changing voting rights, voting weight, quorum, or the one-vote-per-node model.
