Change license from AGPL-3.0 to GPL-3.0

[Copilot]

Relicenses the project from AGPL-3.0 to GPL-3.0. The key practical difference: AGPL requires publishing changes when running modified software as a network service; GPL only requires publishing changes on distribution.

Changes

• LICENSE — replaced AGPL-3.0 full text with GPL-3.0
• Cargo.toml (workspace + wavry-master, wavry-vr-alvr, wavry-vr-openxr) — AGPL-3.0-only → GPL-3.0-only
• README.md, CLA.md — updated license name and obligation descriptions
• docs/PRICING_HOSTING.md — updated license name and SaaS/self-host copy to reflect GPL obligations
• apps/website/docs/ — updated all references across faq.md, overview.md, pricing.md, deployment-modes.md, product-use-cases.md

Third-party vendored code under third_party/alvr/ is unchanged.
