The 1.x line requires ext-mongodb 1.x, which is no longer available on supported PHP versions. Every API used here (Collection, insertOne, insertMany, find, findOne, deleteOne, createIndex, BSONDocument, BulkWriteException) still exists in 2.x. Also runs CI against a supported MongoDB server image and installs the mongodb extension. BREAKING CHANGE: requires mongodb/mongodb 2.3+, ext-mongodb 2.3+ and PHP 8.2+.
