ci: automated releases to GitHub and the AUR

Releases are now automated, modelled on NeferWL. Pushing a v* tag runs the checks, builds the GitHub release with a provenance attestation, then publishes nefercap-bin and nefercap-git to the AUR.

• CI (ci.yml): make check, make race, make mocks-check and staticcheck on Arch, on every push to main and every pull request.
• Release (release.yml, .goreleaser.yaml): linux amd64 and arm64, PIE, reproducible timestamps; nefercap-bin PKGBUILD generated by GoReleaser, built and verified with makepkg before it is pushed. Pre-release tags stay off the AUR.
• Packages install /usr/bin/nefercap, the path NeferWL's built-in capture allowlist expects. Depends on wayland, libxkbcommon, vulkan-icd-loader and vulkan-driver; optional ffmpeg, wl-clipboard, neferwl.
• nefercap version prints the release version; publish.sh checks the packaged binary reports the expected one.
• make pkg builds an Arch package of HEAD (packaging/arch/PKGBUILD).
• README Install: paru -S nefercap-bin / nefercap-git.
• Post-review fixes left out of feat(wayland): capture through ext-image-copy-capture and ext-workspace #3: gofmt check in make check, workspace frame clipping and HUD placement documented, no warning on cancel at startup; NeferWL extension XML synced (descriptions only).

Secrets AUR_SSH_PRIVATE_KEY, AUR_USERNAME, AUR_EMAIL are set.

Checks: make check, make race, make mocks-check, staticcheck ./..., goreleaser check, goreleaser release --snapshot, actionlint, shellcheck publish.sh. Not run: the AUR publish itself (first real run on the next tag).
