Note that the icon is pretty blurry at higher resolutions, which can be fixed by sizing up to 256px instead of 64px, but none of the other icons are sized up to 256px, so I kept it at 64px to be consistent with what is already defined: Screenshot of what 256px looks like:

Adds the Roblox Player 2025 icon as an appearance option for the bootstrapper.
The 2025 .ico is sized to 16, 24, 32, 48, 64, and 128 using https://www.aconvert.com/icon/.
