Help text on the row names #102

What, and what for

The names down the left of the mixer, like strike, rate, swell and level, don't explain themselves. Someone new to the instrument has to open the manual to find out what STRIKE does, or what "level" under KEY OFF means. The controls in the bars along the top already have help text, but the row names have none.

Holding the mouse over a row name should show a short tooltip saying what that row does. That covers every name in the gutter, the section headings included.

The names are painted as text with no component of their own, so the tooltip has to work out which row is under the mouse. It should also follow the rows when they scroll and when a section is folded.
