chore: move Focus cards to focus-templates v2.1.0

What changed

• focus.php: the cardTemplates() pin moves from v1.1.1 to v2.0.0. The redesigned two-up / two-up-wide layouts put the title and description top left and the logo top right. Slot 2 (light) is the large screenshot at the back, and slot 1 (dark) sits in front at the lower left. Every template now uses a striped cyan background. The manifest is otherwise unchanged; no comment described the old layout.
• art/social-open-graph-dark.png, art/social-github-social-dark.png, art/thumbnail-filament-dark.png: re-rendered with the new templates.

No docs/assets/ screenshots changed. All six screenshots came out byte-identical to the committed ones, so the capture needed no changes: card-floating frames the floating sticky header well as the large light slot.

Checks

• composer focus (full run with screenshots) run twice: every PNG in docs/assets/ and art/ was byte-identical between the runs.
• composer test (rector dry-run, pint, phpstan, pest): passed, 13 tests.
• docs:validate: not run, because no screenshot files were added or removed.

Update: plain card (v2.1.0)

• The pin moves to focus-templates v2.1.0 (additive; existing cards render byte-identical).
• New plain card, art/plain-2560x1440-dark.png: an unbranded 16:9 image for aw.codes, which puts its own heading over it. It uses two-up-plain: the same screenshots as the thumbnail, larger, with no text or logo.
• Checks: composer focus -- --cards-only twice, byte-identical; no other image changed; Pint passes on focus.php.
