quinn-proto < 0.11.15 has unbounded out-of-order stream reassembly (RUSTSEC-2026-0185 / CVE-2026-25800): a peer sending gappy, non-contiguous stream fragments drives up buffer memory on the receiving side, fixed in 0.11.15.

This is reachable when the node runs with QUIC listeners enabled (Listeners::Quic/QuicTcp in core/src/network/p2p.rs), which wires libp2p's quic transport into the swarm and accepts connections from arbitrary network peers.

Lockfile-only bump (quinn-proto is a transitive dep via libp2p-quic), no Cargo.toml change needed.

quinn-proto < 0.11.15 has unbounded out-of-order stream reassembly
(RUSTSEC-2026-0185 / CVE-2026-25800, GHSA-4w2j-m93h-cj5j): a peer
sending gappy stream fragments can drive memory usage up on the
receiving side.

This is reachable when the light client is configured with QUIC
listeners (core/src/network/p2p.rs, Listeners::Quic/QuicTcp), which
wire libp2p's quic transport (and therefore quinn-proto) into the
p2p swarm and accept connections from arbitrary network peers.

Lockfile-only bump, no direct dependency line to change.
