One-step pip install . build, current CI, wheels for cp310-cp314 on Linux/macOS/Windows (x86_64 + arm). Fixes #8, #9.

  • scikit-build-core replaces the prebuild scripts + templated Poetry project + venv-in-CMake.
  • QuantLib v1.41 + QuantLibAAD v1.41, unmodified (no QuantLib patches). Version 1.41.0.
  • SWIG synced from QuantLib-SWIG v1.41 via tools/sync-swig.sh; XAD changes kept as SWIG/patches.
  • xad v2.1.0, pybind11 v3.1.0 (must match xad-py). Don't publish alone: release with xad.
  • Boost headers from archives.boost.io (pinned).
  • CI: cibuildwheel 4, QuantLib built once per job and reused, ccache/sccache, sdist, TestPyPI → PyPI on tags.
