Yahoo availability vulnerability

I want to ask you about the yahoo availability vulnerability... when some one not open his yahoo and the yahoo remove his account .. and this account connected to facebook.. then when i make a new email with the same yahoo mail which connected to the facebook i still get the code or this vulnerability stopped before it work with me but now I cannot get the code ... can you help me please it still work or not
