Add support for CIS Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Container Engine for Kubernetes(OKE) Benchmark

Adding support for the CIS Benchmark for OKE 1.7.0:

• Added configurations to perform checks on OKE clusters in the cfg/oke-1.7.0 directory
• Added job-oke.yaml to run job on cluster with --benchmark option set to "oke-1.7.0"
• Only existing file modified was cfg/config.yaml to add OKE mappings
