[improve] Improve status page settings UI for better UX

What's changed?

1. Issue with the organization configuration form being always visible: The original six input fields took up the entire first screen, making the information appear overly long.
2. The preview option is not very noticeable: "Go to Status Page" previously appeared as a gray button in the toolbar.
3. The overall page layout is not intuitive: the table requires horizontal scrolling, and the last column is cut off.
